The Home

Colinas 17 was designed around comfort and calm. The main living, dining, and kitchen areas share one bright, open space beneath vaulted ceilings, with sliding glass doors that fold back to the pool terrace and let the breeze move straight through the house.

The living room seats a group easily, with a sectional, lounge chairs, and a large television, and it opens directly onto the pool deck—so the water stays in view from indoors, an easy comfort for families with children. The adjoining dining table seats eight, with additional bar seating at the kitchen island.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to a private chef dinner, with a granite island, full-size appliances, wine storage, and a separate service pantry. Refined finishes, designer furnishings, and premium linens carry through the home, while travertine floors and neutral tones keep the spaces cool and restful.

Up the exterior staircase, the rooftop terrace is the villa's quiet reward: a full lounge seating area with sweeping views across the community, out over the golf course, and to the Pacific Ocean beyond.
